All orders over 150 BGN are delivered with FREE shipping (regardless of whether you have specified an address or courier office). For orders under 100 BGN, a 5 BGN shipping fee is charged.

» Before sending the ordered goods, amiraperfumes.com has the right to contact the User at the telephone number provided by him in order to clarify details about the order and/or delivery.

» AMIRA PERFUMES is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

» The delivery time is 2 business days for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. In exceptional circumstances, AMIRA PERFUMES reserves the right to extend the delivery time, informing the User accordingly in a timely manner.

» When choosing delivery to the physical store of AMIRA PERFUMES (for customers from the city of Varna), the delivery time is 1 business day. Once the order is ready for pickup, the customer receives a phone call or SMS/Viber with an invitation to receive their shipment. The finished order is kept in the store within 5 days. If the shipment is not picked up within this period, the order is canceled and the purchased products are released for subsequent sale.
