Return conditions

»Dear customers, you have the right to a complaint for any discrepancy between the goods and what was agreed/ordered, when discrepancies with the sales contract are discovered after delivery.

» Any item purchased from AMIRA PERFUMES can be returned to us within 14 days. Each return is reviewed by our online consultants to verify the integrity of the returned items and their commercial appearance. In case the item you return is in an undamaged packaging, we will refund your money (excluding shipping costs, if any) within 14 days.

» A claim for a damaged shipment is made at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, and this is noted with a note on the waybill and with a report of findings completed on site in duplicate. The report of findings is mandatory for the validity of the damage and shortages in the shipment covered by the insurance. The client, or the recipient of the shipment, is obliged to request a copy of the report, and then attach the copy when filling out a return request.

» Transportation costs for the requested return are at the customer's expense.

» The consumer has the right to file a complaint about the goods, regardless of whether the manufacturer or the trader has provided a commercial guarantee for the goods.

» When the complaint is satisfied by replacing the product with another one that corresponds to the agreed upon, AMIRA PERFUMES will maintain the original warranty conditions for the consumer.

» When submitting a complaint, the consumer indicates the subject of the complaint, his preferred method of satisfying the complaint, respectively the amount of the claimed amount, and the address, telephone number and contact email. In order for the case to be resolved as soon as possible, it is advisable to attach photographic material (only if the case concerns a specific product/s). After the case has been reviewed and processed, you will receive a written response to the email address from which the complaint was submitted (AMIRA PERFUMES is not responsible for any problems beyond our control for receiving the message within the legally established deadline).

» When submitting a complaint, the consumer must also attach the documents on which the claim is based, namely:

– receipt or invoice;
