» All orders over 150 BGN are delivered with FREE delivery (regardless of whether you have specified an address or a courier office). For orders under 150 BGN, a 5 BGN shipping fee is charged.

» Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier to an office or delivery address specified by the User on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery is at the expense of the User, unless otherwise expressly stated on the Site.

» You can order online from amiraperfumes.com and specify a delivery option – “Pick up from store” (The pick up from store option applies only to customers from Varna), thus you will benefit from FREE DELIVERY, regardless of the value of your purchase.

» Before sending the ordered goods, amiraperfumes.com has the right to contact the User at the telephone number provided by him in order to clarify details about the order and/or delivery.

» AMIRA PERFUMES is not responsible for failure to fulfill an order in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

» The delivery time is 2 business days for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. In exceptional circumstances, AMIRA PERFUMES reserves the right to extend the delivery time, informing the User accordingly in a timely manner.

» When choosing delivery to the AMIRA PERFUMES physical store (for customers from the city of Varna), the delivery time is 1 business day. Once the order is ready for pickup, the customer receives a phone call or SMS/Viber with an invitation to receive their shipment. The finished order is kept in the store within 3 days. If the shipment is not picked up within this period, the order is canceled and the purchased products are released for subsequent sale.
