This Privacy Policy will provide you with detailed information in clear and accessible language about what actions are taken with the information and personal data that you provide to "Profit Group 2018" EOOD (hereinafter referred to as "AMIRA PERFUMES") when using the website www.amiraperfumes.com.
AMIRA PERFUMES collects and uses the information and personal data that the user provides when using the website www.amiraperfumes.com, for the following purposes:
1.1. conclusion and execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods with the customers of the online store www.amiraperfumes.com, sending orders to customers, receiving payments, exercising the right to refuse purchased goods, returning goods for exchange, satisfying complaints, as well as any other purposes related to the execution of the concluded contracts for the purchase and sale of goods with the customers of the online store www.amiraperfumes.com;
1.2. creating and maintaining a customer profile upon registration in the online store www.amiraperfumes.com;
1.3. sending a newsletter and marketing offers to the client through any type of electronic communication, including by email, by telephone and through the Viber application;
1.4. financial and accounting activities, implementation of the provisions of the Accountancy Act, the Value Added Tax Act, the CITA and other applicable regulatory acts;
1.5. to improve services, including creating new functionalities of the e-store, to make informative business decisions through the use of aggregated analysis and business research;

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA THAT ARE PROCESSED

2.1. To fulfill the objectives under item 1, subparagraph 1.1. of this Policy (conclusion and execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods with the customers of the online store www.amiraperfumes.com) AMIRA PERFUMES processes the following personal data - name, surname, delivery address, email address, telephone number, bank account;
2.2. To fulfill the objectives under item 1, subparagraph 1.2. of this Policy (creation and maintenance of a customer profile upon registration in the online store www.amiraperfumes.com) AMIRA PERFUMES processes the following personal data – email address and login details; upon registration with a Google account: name, surname and email; upon registration with a Facebook account: name and surname, as visible on the Facebook profile, Facebook profile photo and email address;
2.3. To fulfill the objectives under item 1, sub-item 1.3. of this Policy (sending an information bulletin (newsletter) and marketing offers) AMIRA PERFUMES processes the following personal data - email address and telephone number of the client;
2.4. To fulfill the objectives under item 1, subparagraph 1.4. of this Policy (financial and accounting activities), AMIRA PERFUMES processes the following personal data - name, surname, personal identification number and billing address (in case of issuing an invoice to an individual); payment and transaction data;
2.5. To fulfill the objectives under item 1, subparagraph 1.5. of this Policy, AMIRA PERFUMES processes the following personal data - cookies (in case the client has cookies enabled in his web browser, the Company processes the behavior records from the cookies located on the website), IP address, data provided by the client's browser, click data, visited products.

3. RETENTION PERIODS FOR THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF DATA

3.1. Personal data provided in connection with online orders placed are stored for a period of 5 (five) years in order to protect the legal interests of the Company in legal or administrative disputes with customers of the e-shop, and accounting documents are stored for the relevant statutory period;
3.2. Personal data provided upon registration of an account on the website www.amiraperfumes.com shall be stored for a period not longer than the existence of the customer's account on the website. After the expiry of this period, the Company shall take the necessary care to delete and destroy such data without undue delay.
3.3. Personal data provided to receive a newsletter and marketing offers are stored until the consent for their processing is withdrawn;
3.4. Personal data provided for financial and accounting activities are stored for the relevant statutory period;
3.5. Personal data processed for the purposes under item 1, subparagraph 1.5. of this Policy - until the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected.

4. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED

4.1. to the individuals to whom the data relates;
4.2. to persons, if provided for in a regulatory act;
4.3. of persons processing personal data;
4.4. of the owner of Profit Group 2018 EOOD.
Personal data are not disclosed to recipients in third countries and international organizations.
AMIRA PERFUMES processes the personal data of users on the basis of the contract concluded between the User and AMIRA PERFUMES.
The user agrees to the processing of his personal data to receive a newsletter and marketing offers by checking the checkbox.
The user may withdraw the consent given at any time by checking a checkbox located in the customer center of each registered user.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Each User of the site enjoys all rights to personal data protection under Bulgarian legislation and European Union law.
Every User has the right to:
Awareness (in relation to the processing of his personal data by the administrator);
Access to your own personal data;
Correction (if data is inaccurate);
Erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten);

Portability of personal data between individual administrators;

The user withdraws his/her consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
The data user objects to the processing and there are no overriding legal grounds for the processing;
The personal data has been processed unlawfully;
The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
The personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services to children and consent was given by the person with parental responsibility for the child.
The user has the right to restrict the processing of his/her personal data by the administrator when:
You contest the accuracy of the personal data. In this case, the restriction of processing is for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
The processing is unlawful, but the User does not want the personal data to be deleted, but instead requests a restriction of their use;
The Administrator no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the User requires them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

Right to portability

The controller shall be obliged to stop the processing unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In the event of an objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the processing shall cease immediately.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
