General terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

i. Under these Terms and Conditions we define the relationship between

our customer who enters into a purchase contract with us.
ii. We apply a unified approach to our clients and provide them with the same benefits

iii. These General Terms and Conditions primarily cover the purchase of goods in our

2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

3. Withdrawal without reason


i. You have the legal right to withdraw from an agreement concluded online or
by phone, without giving a reason, within 14 days of delivery
of the goods, according to these General Terms and Conditions.
